Oliver Kim - HR Business Specialist
I joined Goodyear Dunlop Tyres Germany in April 1997 as a Sales Trainee. Eleven years later, I am now a HR Business Specialist. Goodyear Dunlop offered me the great opportunity to steadily work my way up. I passed through various positions in different areas of work. After graduating from the Trainee Programme, I was offered the role of Assistant Sales Director. Two years later I had the opportunity to take part in a Manager Training after which I became Regional E-Training Manager EU & EEMEA. I am now responsible for Change Management & HR within the EAGLE project. The EAGLE project deals with standardization and simplification of all key business areas across Europe.
I can say that over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to work on many projects in various functions with people across the entire European and African continents. I was looking for opportunities and challenges while I decided where I wanted to take my career and that is what happened: I have developed a broad understanding of the business and most recently have accepted a position where I can make a difference and be recognized and rewarded for the results.
What I looked for, worked for and wanted, is what I got! How many people can say that?
