After graduating with an International Business Management degree from Newcastle Business School, I joined Goodyear Dunlop Tyres Germany in September 2005. Being a Business Analyst for the Group Managing Director Germany, I had valuable insight into top management decisions and the successful steering of one of the biggest organisations of GOODYEAR DUNLOP EUROPE. The continuous focus on driving organisational development towards customer, market and industry requirements was always a vital part of the two years within this position.
Another valuable aspect of this programme is the great variety of people and functions you get to know within the company. Building highly effective work relationships and networks is definitely the for key to achieving a high performance culture. As I see my future somewhere in sales, I am really looking forward to proving my acquired skills in my new position and returning some of the investments the company has made so far.
