Eva Meinzel - Business Development Specialist
In September 2003 - after graduating from High School - I joined Goodyear Dunlop Tyres Germany. Following the internship in the HR department, the company sponsored my further study of International Business Administration at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim.
As part of my study, I passed through various departments - starting within the field of Material Management, moving on to Customer Service, finally assisting in
Controlling and SOX. From the very first, I felt integrated into each team and benefited from gaining access to as well as insights into different business areas.
Probably, one of the highlights offered by the company was my time abroad - studying in France and afterwards working in the UK.
All these internships enabled me to get to know colleagues from various functions and to fill the theoretical knowledge of university with real life experiences.
The open-minded company culture and the opportunities which were offered to me during the study made this time so worthwhile for my further development.
In September 2006, I graduated from university and joined Dunlop GmbH & Co. KG as Business Development Specialist. In this position, no working day is similar to another. I like the often changing tasks giving me insight into other business fields and hence, exploring new facets of the company day by day.
